Scope

• Online viewer and desktop app are free to use.
• Commercial use of Parqui components is governed by separate License Terms.
• Additional terms from payment providers may apply to purchases.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with operation, violate law, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All rights in Parqui software, branding, and documentation remain with the owner unless explicitly licensed.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability is excluded for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or public special fund, exclusive venue is Saarbruecken, Germany. Mandatory consumer protections under your local law remain unaffected.
