Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to paid Parqui subscriptions for commercial component licensing.

Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next renewal date.
After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid term.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, except where refunds are required by mandatory law.
Renewal charges are non-refundable.
For first-time purchases, refund requests may be considered within 7 calendar days of purchase, at our sole discretion, particularly where there has been no substantial commercial use.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Charge processing, invoicing, VAT handling, and payment method management are handled through their checkout and customer portal.
