Free Use

Personal, educational, and open-source use is free. Non-commercial projects may use the packages without a paid subscription.

Commercial Use

Commercial use requires an active paid subscription for the applicable tier. Commercial use includes paid products, SaaS, and internal tools used in for-profit organizations.

Subscription and Scope

• Paid plans are annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage Parqui as a competing standalone product.

Restrictions

• No removal of copyright/license notices from distributed materials.
• No unlawful use, abuse, or circumvention of technical protections.
• No claim of ownership over Parqui intellectual property.

Support

Support is provided via email according to your subscription tier. Details and current prices are listed on the Licensing page.

Termination

License rights terminate if these terms are materially breached. Upon termination, use of commercial rights must cease.

Changes

Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms apply from their publication date for new purchases and renewals.
